At Mahima Ghee, we are committed to delivering the finest quality Buffalo Ghee and Cow Ghee to our valued customers. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our complete refund, return, and exchange policy below:
🔄 Returns:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
💰 Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected:
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, a full refund including shipping charges will be issued.
If the return is initiated due to customer reasons, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
🔄 Exchanges:
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Clear photos/videos showing the issue are mandatory for exchange processing.

⚠️ Important Notes:
An unboxing video is mandatory for any return, refund, or exchange request.
The video must clearly show all sides of the package before opening and the complete unboxing process.
No complaint will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
If the same customer faces issues repeatedly (2 times or more), we may offer a refund after proper review, based strictly on video proof.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling, not returned in original condition, or missing parts will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used Buffalo Ghee or Cow Ghee.
Products not returned in their original packaging.
Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery.
Products returned without proper proof (unboxing video).
❌ Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy will apply.
